		<description>While my comments are no solace to those who find themselves in the bankruptcy situation; much of this is caused by people ignoring what they should have learned by the first grade.  A house made of straw is blown down easier than one made of sticks, and as we all know the little piggies made it just in time to the brick house.  Greed and a profound lack of common sense has led many of us to this point in time; but bolstered by a modern marketing system that puts Joseph Goebbels to shame. We should all recognize it is not our duty to &quot;keep the economy going&quot; by mindless consumerism, and a false belief system that a 30 year mortgage is &quot;good debt&quot;, and so on.  Afterall the root of the word mortgage is mort which when translated into modern English means death.</description>
