		<description>Great Post! and very detailed information that we all need to see and understand.  I think with our newly elected president we can begin the change and maybe in 4 to 5 years, things will start to improve.  It&#039;s just hard for everyone to see their home prices fall so much.  I know I have friends in Los Angeles who are forced to give up their homes as the value is less than the equity they owe.  It&#039;s a mess!
Keep up the good work in keeping us informed!
